This did not used to be the case -- previously you'd be given a dialog. · I tried to download an app from App Store. The app stated its get + but no price. Why am I charged for trying to download the app which states get+ and the app has not even downloaded. I thought get + means free unless one does in app purchase. See what payment method you have on file and make sure that it isn't expired, declined, or failed. If you can't update apps and you see a message that says “your account is disabled in the App Store,” there might be a problem with your payment method.
